Every apartment in The Cube, with the exception of the studio apartment, is featured with a comfortable balcony or rooftop deck. From the ground floor through to the fourth floor, the apartments have a beautiful balcony directly adjacent to the living room. The balcony balustrades are made of glass and are completely transparent. This glass has an integrated pattern, allowing you to enjoy the view yet ensuring optimum privacy. The apartments, double-level premium apartments and the penthouses on the 6th and 7th floors have expansive rooftop decks. The flat roofs surrounding these private rooftop terraces feature green grasses and a varied range of plants. A unique green view on top of the world!
