SUD will be realized on the historic border between Berlage’s Plan Zuid and lush Amstelland.

SUD’s architecture is inspired by the tradition of Berlage’s characteristic brick building designs and the meticulous eye for detail with which they were constructed. With characteristic rounded edges, banded balconies and bay windows reaching all the way from the ground floor to the roof. With ceiling heights of ca. 3 meters, tall windows allowing for generous daylight entry and spectacular views. Surrounded by greenery and alive with the urban hustle and bustle, life in SUD is simply extraordinary.

The 45 extremely energy efficient apartments in SUD will vary in size from ca. 60 tot 150 m² and feature smart layouts with sufficient space to accommodate multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Moreover, the project will also see the development of two exclusive penthouses of ca. 200 m².
