How do I register?
On the Aan het IJ project website, you can find the availability in the appartmentfinder. If you click on a appartment, all the information about that building number will appear, such as the rental price, living area and the type of flat. You can also view the floor plan. The link ‘I want this property’ takes you to the registration form where you can indicate your preferences regarding the building number and upload the required files.

The rental flats in The Twins are spread across the two buildings and on the ground floor to the fourth floor. So there is plenty of choice. Go for the fantastic three- or four-room flats from 70m² with a view of the A’DAM Tower. The appartments are equipped with a complete kitchen, modern bathroom, a balcony and all have a storage room in the basement. There are also parking spaces available in the underground garage.

The entrance has an impressive height and is finished to a high standard with brass wall panels. A beautiful entry. The buildings have a warm, sturdy appearance. The terraces are enclosed by glass, so they are completely transparent. This allows you to enjoy the view to the full.

With appartments on the southeast, southwest, northwest and northeast, the views and the location on the sun are very diverse. Do you want to start your day in the morning sun, with the newspaper and your coffee on the terrace? Or do you want to linger in the warm evening sun? Or do you prefer the view of the Schegpark, with EYE Film Institute and the A’DAM Tower in the background?
