ADVISOR NEW DEVELOPMENT

Currently, we are looking for an Advisor New Development Advisor with relevant experience to join our team of 26 driven and enthusiastic colleagues.
In the past decade, we have grown into a widely known office and have a team of driven, creative and dedicated brokers, team assistants, a client & sales manager and a marketing & PR manager and we make the difference in the market with our approach.

Our office is located in Amsterdam South, near the Zuidas. We have a trendy office with modern desks, several meeting rooms, lounge area, Urban Jungle and, of course good coffee.

What will your duties be as Advisor New Development?
As Advisor New Development you will often be involved in a new development project from an early stage. You will work closely with the project developer. In this role you will give pro-active advice to optimize plans and projects. You are also able to do market analyses and give advice. Your focus is on target group oriented advice and the actual sale of homes. You supervise the purchase process up to and including the delivery. As Advisor New Development, you are the contact between the home seekers and the clients.

We are the largest new construction specialist in the Greater Amsterdam area and are involved in an ever-growing number of beautiful, large and small new construction developments in the region. Job requirements for New Building Advisor
You have interest and experience in (new) construction, urban developments and architecture and know everything about the interpretation of a technical drawing. You are strong in reporting and know how to make  (new building) advice reports. You have a customer-oriented vision with a strong business instinct. As a person you are positive in life. Every day you go to work with pleasure and passion for your profession and you think in solutions instead of problems. You are socially and communicatively ‘outgoing’, honest and you are able to think out of the box.
