Welcome to Amstelwood, Amstelveen’s first wooden residential tower. With a diverse mix of high-quality, sustainable homes, this green landmark brings people and nature to full bloom. Start of construction is planned for fall 2024 and with a construction time of about 2 years, the target completion is in fall 2026. Sales start in early 2024!

Location
Amstelwood is located near the junction of Ouderkerkerlaan and Beneluxbaan, between the bustling Stadshart and the green Keizer Karelpark neighborhood. The entrance of the building will be located on the Ouderkerkerlaan. Amstelwood is a development of Being and Innova. The design is by Team V Architecture and was created in collaboration with DS Landschaparchitecten, Arup, SkaaL construction and DGMR.
