A new icon of international allure is emerging at one of the most prominent locations in Buitenveldert: Q Residences.
Q Residences is a unique place to live and consists of two towers, the northern high-rise Quartz and the southern low-rise Qube. The residential complex combines a perfect location with the high-quality architecture of Studio Gang, one of the most renowned architectural firms in the world.
Q Residences is a new landmark, with more than 200 homes and a plaza on the ground floor.

Of the two residential powerhouses, Quartz is the most striking. The 75 meter high residential tower towers above the surrounding buildings, elegant rows of trees and the adjacent park. The graceful stacking of 23 floors in combination with projecting balconies and the rounded design language is an organic-looking piece of architecture.

Architectural concrete, a high-quality decorative concrete consisting of white cement and natural stone aggregate, has been applied in various ways, achieving results from softly smooth to a glossy terrazzo finish. The rounded corners and natural design language of the fanned-out balconies increase the views and create visual connections throughout the building.

Extraordinary apartments

In Quartz, you can choose from exceptionally pleasant apartments in different sizes and finishes. In the exclusive apartments and penthouses, you will find all the comforts and features of a luxury home, plus extras such as a Quooker tap and other luxurious kitchen components. All the homes are delivered turn-key.

The service level is high, including a 24-hour PA service and the option of renting a parking space in the underground car park.

Three types

There are ten luxury apartments on each floor from the sixth floor. Each apartment has a PVC floor with underfloor heating, and floor cooling in the summer months. In both the living and bedrooms, the floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light in the space. The kitchen is an extension of the open living room, a real eye-catcher with dark cabinet doors with visible wood structure and a sand-coloured composite worktop. The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling in a warm light gray color.

The luxury apartments vary in size from approximately 49 to 107 m², have one to three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Each house has a spacious balcony.

The exclusive apartments start on the 19th floor. These apartments have all the features of the most spacious luxury apartments. The pleasant open living room has a striking, beautiful dark kitchen with Quooker combi tap. Fitted wardrobes have been installed in the bedrooms with a dark wood grain finish. The exclusive apartments vary from approximately 62 to 152 m², have one to three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

On the 22nd floor, the entrances to eight penthouses are situated over two floors. The penthouses have all the design features of the most spacious exclusive apartments plus an en-suite bathroom, extra floor with lots of space, and an unbelievably wide view. The beautiful kitchen with handle-less cabinets and Quooker combi tap is complemented by a Bora hob with extractor on the cooking island — with the panoramic view a guarantee for very special cooking. The penthouses vary from approximately 125 to 152 m², have three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms (ensuite) and a separate toilet. The floors are accessed internally with a padded staircase.

Quartz’s lower alter ego, Qube, has eight floors. Each of the eight floors in Qube has 10 apartments. You can reach your own apartment by taking one of the two elevators in the lobby or the stairs. On the floors, the apartments are connected to each other via a high-quality finished hallway, with sleek white walls and deep anthracite-colored carpet. The black front doors have an elegant black frame and a modern stainless steel panel with house number and bell. Studio Piet Boon also advised here about the public areas and optimal layout of the homes.

Beautiful finishes

Each apartment has underfloor heating and a PVC floor. This floor in an aged oak color is laid across the entire house. In both the living room and bedroom, the floor-to-ceiling windows provide a lot of natural light in the space. In the open living room is the fitted kitchen. The polar white kitchen with anthracite composite top is equipped with Whirlpool appliances: an induction hob and built-in extractor hood, fridge-freezer combination, combi oven and dishwasher.

The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling in a warm light-grey colour. There is a washbasin with mirror and a Grohe mixer tap and shower set. The house has a separate toilet, the back wall of which has the same tiles as the bathroom; the other walls are plastered in white.

All apartments have one bedroom, one bathroom and a separate toilet. The floor area varies from approximately 48 to 60 m². They are delivered with smooth walls and a PVC strip floor, and include curtain rails while lighting is excluded. Each home also has a spacious balcony.
