The Row is fully rented.
In the new city district Aan het IJ you can also rent. There are currently two buildings with free sector rental apartments under construction, The Row and The Line. The Row, at the Spadinalaan, is the first finished building. You can already live here in early 2021.
The Row has a total of 92 free sector rental apartments with a mix of 2-, 3-, and 4-room apartments of approximately 57 to 150 m2 living space. The building is designed by DP6 architecture studio. The keyword of this beautifully designed residential complex is transparency. Think of lots of glass and special louvers for the high windows.
The main entrance consists mainly of glass. In combination with the high ceiling, this creates a very light and spacious hall, where you can enter comfortably and have an easy chat with each other. Centrally in the hall grows a beautiful, large tree. With a keytag you open the doors of the entrance hall and the parking garage. In the parking garage are the private storage rooms and a limited number of parking spaces. There is a communal bike shed for your bike, so you can make optimal use of the storage.
Your own balcony and a courtyard garden
Each apartment has a private balcony and some apartments have a spacious roof terrace. Besides your own balcony you can also use the communal courtyard garden. The courtyard garden is unique in every way: the base is a facade to facade rolling green carpet of fluffy grasses, flowering plants and multi-stemmed trees from which walkways are carved. Along these paths come red steel edges, which protrude 10 to 80 centimeters above the ground and a large work of art ‘The Spider’. The Spider and the lounge benches will be placed in the middle of the green carpet.
You rent a complete apartment, including luxury kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The kitchen, of the brand Bruynzeel, has white front doors and an anthracite composite worktop and a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob and stainless steel extractor from Siemens.
The bathroom and toilet are equipped with plumbing from Villeroy & Boch and Grohe taps and tiled with white wall tiles of 25 x 33 cm and matt black floor tiles of 30 x 30 cm.
The walls in the hall, living room, kitchen and bedrooms are sauce ready. Heating is controlled by a WKO system, which means that in addition to heating your apartment (through underfloor heating), you can also cool during hot summer days.
